Reservation Agreement

Cancellation policy

30 hours or more before pickup time: free of charge. From 24 to 30 hours before collection: 50% penalty. From 12 to 24 hours before collection: 75% penalty. From 0 to 12 hours before pickup: 100% penalty.

Airport Waiting Times

For domestic flight arrivals, the driver will not wait more than one hour for passengers at the pick-up location after the airport system confirms the arrival of the flight. For international flights, the driver will not wait more than two hours for passengers at the pick-up location, after the airport system confirms the arrival of the flight. Delays due to bad weather or technical failures will be handled according to availability. The company will complete the pickup based on available drivers and vehicles as soon as each situation allows. If the client wishes to cancel the service because they do not accept the alternative provided by the company, the penalty will be 80%.

Grace Period

A grace period is granted for other sites after 15 minutes from the reservation. If the client does not show up 15 minutes after the agreed time, the pickup will be canceled with a 100% penalty.

Safety and General Rules

Vehicles may not be loaded above their capacity. The consumption of alcohol and drugs is prohibited. Smoking is not allowed inside the vehicles.

Tips are well received, however, we do not accept thanks before providing the service, which is considered to be a product of the experience after receiving it.
